  • Shipping cost: Free delivery on all orders within Australia

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@lizabella-melb.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the item in line with our Return Policy. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue such as damage, a defect, or the wrong item—please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at support@lizabella-melb.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • A brief explanation of what went wrong

If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering any return shipping if required.


Delivery Delays
