1. Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original state—unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

  • Email us at support@lizabella-melb.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation.
  • Once reviewed, our team will send you the return instructions along with the appropriate return address.
  • Securely pack the item(s), including your invoice or a note with your order number.
  • Send the package using a shipping method of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our side.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will proceed with your refund or exchange if all conditions are met.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lizabella-melb.com.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
